RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE VACATiNG A PORTION OF
UTILITY EASEMENT UNDI::R PROVISIONS OF GOVERN-
MENT CODE SECTION 50443.
WHEREAS Richard F. Grantham has petitioned the City Council
of the City of Arroyo Grande to vacate a portion of that certain Public
Utility and drainage easement over his property described as Lot 13,
Tract No. 260, in said city,
AND WHEREAS, said easement has been dedicated to the City
for less than five (5) years and more than one (l) year, and said
easement has not been used at all since the date of dedication,
AND WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande
has. found the following portion of said easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOINED by the City Council of the City
of Arroyo Grande that the public utility and drainage easement of the
following described property be and it hereby is vacated. Said property
is described as
the No~therly 5 feet of the 15 foot public utility and
drainage easement along the Southerly line of Lot 13,
in Tract No, 260, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
On motion by Councilwoman 'fhompson, seconded by Councilman
Levine, and on the following roll call vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilwoman Thompson, Councilmen Levine, McNeil,
Burt and Mayor Wood
NOES: None
ABSENT : None
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 14th day of December, 1965.
