RESOLUTION NO. 668___
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLO-
CATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAS a master agreement has been executed by the City of
Arroyo Grande, hereinafter referred to as the City, and the State Depart-
ment of Public Works, Division of Highways, hereinafter referred to as
the Department, on May 12, 1961, for expenditure of State-allocated funds;
and
WHEREAS a project statement has been prepared and was submitted
to the Department on June 10, 1965 showing the estimated expenditures of
such funds recommended to be made during the 1965-66 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS a budget approved by the Department on June 22, 1965
has been presented to the City Council in accordance with the project
statement submitted by the City; and
WHEREAS the City Council has considered said budget, as approved
by the Department, and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THE REFORE, be it resolved by the City Council that said budget
be and is hereby adopted as the budget of expenditures recommended to be
made from such funds during the 1965~66 fiscal year.
On motion of Councilman McNeil, seconded by Councilwoman
Thompson and on the following roll call vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilwoman Thompson, Councilmen Levine, McNeil,
Burt and Mayor Wood
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 14th day of September, 19650
