RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING ANNEXATION TO
TIlE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE OF CERTAIN UNIN-
HABITED TERRITORY DESCRIBED HEREIN AND
DESIGNATED AS WI1.LOW PARK ANNEXATION NO. I
WHEREAS, pursuant to California Government Code Section 35310.1
and the provisions of the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act
of 1939, all of the property owners of the hereinafter described
property have initiated proceedings to annex into the City of
Arroyo Grande the hereinafter described property; and
WHEREAS, by resolution the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande has heretofore set the time and place for public hearing on
said annexation and given notice of said proposed annexation, which
notice has been published and posted in accordance with provisions
set forth in said Section 35310.1 of the Cal ifarnia Gdvernment Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the City Council
of the City of Arroyo Grande that annexation of the hereinafter-
described real property be, and it hereby is, approved; and said
property is hereby annexed i~to ,the City of Arroyo Grande and is
des ignated WILLOW PARK ANNEXATION NO. 1. Said property is
particularly described as follows:
That portion of Lot 109 of the Subdivision of the Rancho
Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Che~isal, subdivided
by Jas. T. Stratton in 1873, in the County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California according to map filed for
record in the office of the County Recorder of said County
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line of said Lot
109, distant thereon North 635.89 feet from the South-
west corner thereof; said,point of beginning being
the Southwest corner of the property conveyed to
Addison B. Wood, et aI, by deed dated June 3, 1958,
and recorded June 25, 1958 in Book 946, at page 27
of Official Records; thence along the Southerly
line of the property so conveyed, East 200 feet and
North 25 feet to the Southerly line of the prop-
erty conveyed to James H. Krovious et ux., by deed
dated August 14, 1963 and recorded December 19,
1963 in Book 1275, at page 434 of Official Records,
thence West along said Southerly line 49 feet to
the Southwest corner thereof; thence North along
the West line of the property so conveyed 44.72

feet to the South corner common to Lots 2 and 3 in
Block 3 of Tract No. 131, according to map recorded
February 4, 1959, in Book 6, at page 11 of Maps;
thence Westerly along the Southerly line of Lots 2
and 1 in said Block 3, 151 feet to the Westerly line of
said Lot 109; thence Southerly along Westerly line
69.72 feet to the point of beginning.
On motion by Councilman Burt, seconded by Councilwoman
Thompson, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilwoman Thompson, Councilman Burt
and Mayor Pro Tem Wood,
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman McNeil,
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 2nd day of August , 1965.
