RESOLUTION NO. 662
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING SEPARATE BANK
ACCOUNT FOR SUMS OF MONEY DEEOSI TED WI TH THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, INCLUDING WATER
DEPOSITS, BID DEPOSITS AND OTHER MONIES,
WERE REFUND IS CONTEMPLATED
BE IT RESOLVED BY WE CITY COUNCIL OF WE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Administrative Officer is hereby authorized
and directed to creat a seperate bank account for purposes of hold-
ing sums of money deposited with the City for City water deposits,
City bid deposits or any other purposes in which it i.s contemplated
that the City may refund all or a portion of said money.
2. That either the City Administrative Officer or the City
Clerk be, and they hereby are, authorized to sign checks on said
bank account.
On motion by Councilman Burt, seconded by Councilwoman
Thompson, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilwoman Thompson, Councilman Burt
and Mayor Pro Tern Wood,
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman McNeil,
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 2nd day of August , 1965.
