ARROYO GRANDE
ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF STATE
ALLOCATED (ENGINEERING) FUNDS
WHEREAS, a Master Agree:ment for the Budgeti.ng and Expendi,ture of the
Engineeri.ng Allocati.on under Section 2107.5 of the Streets and Highways
Code has been entered i,n to by the Ci t;y of Arroyo Grande, herdnafter
referred to as the cIty, and the State Deputtuent of Public Work., Divhion
of Highways, hereinsfter referred to '11 the department; and,
WHEREAS, the city council h.s prepared a budget propel.l Ihowing
estimated expendi:t:u:<:es of such funda recommended to be made duri,ng 'the 1.965~
~ filca! year; and,
WHEREAS, the dty council h.. hurd read uid budget prepoul .nd 11
familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it ruo1Yed by the cU:y council of the City of Arroyo
Grande that said budget propoul dated May 25, 19,~, be and 11 hereby adopted
8S the budget of proposed expenditures of the State allocated fundi for
engineering to cities, s/ii,d budget pnpou1. to 'be and the ..me il hereby
approved and the Director of Public Works ia directed to sign the, same on

behalf of said City, and said budget proposal to be submi,tted te the Depart-
ment of Publ ic Works, St,~te of Cal if orn ia , in ac,cordance with the previsions
of Section 197 of the Streets and Righways Code.
On motion by Counc.ilman Burt, seconded by Councilwoman Thompsen and
on the following roll call vo'te, to wit:
AYES: Counci,lwomal1 Thompson, Councilmen, Wood, MeNei 1, Burt and Mayor
Jacobs.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
