RESOLUTION NO. 653
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 642
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 642 provided for closing portions of certain
unnamed alleys in Block 7 of the City of Arroyo Grande and said property
should have been described as portions of Block 4 of the City of Arroyo
Grande,
NOW, TIlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolu'l;ion No. 642 be, and it
hereby is, rescinded.
On motion by Councilwoman Thompson, seconded by Councilman McNeil and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilwoman Thompson, Councilmen Wood, McNeil, Burt and
Mayor Jacobs.
NOES : None
ABSENT : None
