A RESQLUTIQN QF THE CITY CQUNCIL QF THE CITY QF
ARRQYQ GRANDE, AUTHQRIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CANCELLATIQN QF WATER DEPQSIT FUND WARRANTS
NO.. 10, NO.. 11, NO.. 22, NO.. 43 AND NO.. 45 AND
GENERAL FUND WARRANT NO.. 803.
WHEREAS, Water Deposit Fund Warrant No. 10 of the City of
Arroyo Grande was issued to Turman Martin on the 13th day of
November, 1962, for refund on balance of water deposit; Water
Deposit Fund Warrant No. 11 of the City of Arroyo Grande was
issued to Shelby Cantous on the 13th day of November, 1962, for
refund on the balance of water deposit; Water Deposit Fund Warrant
No. 43 of the City of Arroyo Grande was issued to N. E. Beaty
on the 11th of June, '1963, for refund on balance of water deposit;
Water Deposit Fund Warrant No. 45 of the City of Arroyo Grande
was issued to JoAnn Hammett on the 11th of June 1963, for refund
of balance of water deposit; Water Deposit Fund Warrant No. 22
of the City of Arroyo Grande was issued to Bob Francisco on the
12th day of November, 1963, for refund on balance of water
deposit and General Fund Warrant No. 803 of the City of Arroyo
Grande was issued to The Bureau of C.I.& I. on the 28th day of
January 1964, for services rendered, and
WHEREAS, said warrants have never been presented for payment,
and
WHEREAS, said warrants should be cancelled in order to
return the money to the Water Deposit Fund and the General Fund
respectfully,
NQW, THEREFQRE, BE IT RESQLVED BY THE CITY CQUNCIL QF THE
CITY QF ARROYO. GRANDE that the City Clerk of the City of Arroyo
Grande be and she is herewith authorized and directed to cancel
said Water Deposit Fund Warrant No. 10, dated November 13, 1962;
No. 11, dated November 13, 1962; No. 43, dated June 11, 1963;
No. 45, dated June 11, 1963; No. 22, dated November 12, 1963; and
General Fund Warrant No. 803, dated January 28, 1964, and she is
hereby further directed to credit said Water Deposit Fund Warrants
and General Fund Warrant to the respective funds as of this date.
Qn motion of Councilman Wood , seconded by
Councilwoman ThomDson , and on the following roll call
vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilwoman Thompson, Councilmen Wood, McNeil, Burt
and Mayor Jacobs
NQES: None
ABSENT: None
