RESOLUTION NO. 638
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING DESIGNATION OF
A LIMITED PARKING AREA ON ORCHARD AVEN. IN
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
BE IT RESOLVED, that a "15 minute parking area" shall be
established in the area hereinafter designated on "ORCHARD AVENUE"
in the City of Arroyo Grande, and the Chief of Police of the
City of Arroyo Grande is hereby directed to cause appropriate
signs to be erected designating said area and to have the curbing
painted in the appropriate color and lettering designating said
area to be a "15 minute parking area."
The area which is to be so designated as a "15 minute
parking area" is described as follows:
"A 50 ft. section of curb and gutter on the westerly
side of Orchard Avenue extending 50 ft. southeasterly
from a point located 267 ft. southerly from the southerly
property line of Cherry Avenue."
On motion of Councilwoman Thompson , seconded by
Councilman Burt , and on the following roll call vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilwoman Thompson, Councilmen McNeil, Burt and Mayor
Jacobs
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Wood
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 27th day of October ,
1964.
