RESOLUTION NO. 627
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF l\RROYO GRANDE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA DIRECTING THE FILING
OF CONDEMNATION ACTION FOR STREET PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande, State
of California, considers that it would be advantageous to use certain
property for street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. That the property hereinafter described is necessary for
street purposes and hereby directs the City Attorney to prepare, com-
mence, and prosecute proceedings in eminent domain to acquire said
property for the purpose of public use and street purposes.
'2. That said property is located in the City of Arroyo Grande,
County ,of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described as
follows:
PARCEL I. That portion of Lots 1 and 2, Block 16 of the
Western Addition to the Town of Arroyo Grande, in the City of :Arroyo
Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as per map
thereef recorded April 10, 1894 in Book B, Page 10 of Maps in the
office ef the County Recorder of said County, lying Westerly of the
',Easterly Plan Line as shown on a map entitled "Plan Line"-Halcyon Road,
filed in Book 13, Page 91 of Record ef Surveys, in the office of the
County Recorder of said Ceunty and included within the lines of the
land described in deed to Martin Polin, recorded June 6, 1952 in Boek
660, Page 342 of Official Records of said County.
