RESOLUTION INSTRUCTING THE SUPERINTENDENT OF
STREETS 1'0 ORDER THE OONSTRUCTION OF CURBS
AND GUT'l'ERS
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets of the City of Arroyo Grande
has reported to the City Council that a petition signed by property owners
of more than sixty per cent (60%) of front footage on Block 1 of Wood Place
and by property owners of more than sixty per cent (60%) of front lootage on
Block 2 of Wood Place have requested the installation of curbs and gutters
in front .f said part,

ARROYd GRANDji:, as follows:
SEC'r[ON 1. That the City Council hereby finds, in accordance with
the Rep~of said Superintendent of Sttee,*, and instructs said officer
to notif:V\~ime owners or persons in possession of the properties fronting on that
portion of the street in such Block 1 of Wood Place and the owners or persons
in possession of the properties fronting on that portion of the street in j
such Block 2 of Wood Place in which no curbs or gutters have been constructed
theretofore, to construct or cause to be constructed a curb and gwtter in
front of his said property.
