RESOLUTION NO. 'k 621
RESOLUTION INSTRUCTING THE SUPERINTENDENT OF
STREETS TO ORDER THE CONSTRUCTION OF CURBS
AND GUTI'ERS
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets of the City of Arroyo
Grande has reported to the City Council that a petition signed
by property owners of more than sixty per cent (60%) of front
footage on Block A of 25th Street has requested the installation
of curbs and gutters in front of said part,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CI TY OF ARROYO GRANDE, as follows:
SECTION l. That the City Council hereby finds, in accordance
with the Report of said Superintendent of Streets, and instructs
said officer to notify the owners or persons in possession of the
properties fronting on that portion of the street in such Block A
of 25th Street in which no curbs or gutters have been constructed
theretofore, to construct or cause to be constructed a curb
and gutter in front of his said property.
On motion of Councilm/;m Wood , seconded by
Councilwoman Thompson , and on the following roll call
vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilman Wood, Councilwoman Thompson, Councilmen McNeil,
NOES: None Burt and Mayor Jacobs
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 12th day of May ,
1964.
