RESOLUTION NO 608
MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
AND STATE OF CALIFORNIA DIVISION OF FORESTRY.
WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented by the State of California,
Department of Conservation, Division of Forestry and the city of Arroyo
Grande; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interest of the city of
Arroyo Grande that said agreement be executed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement is hereby
approved and the Mayor of the City of Arroyo Grande is hereby authorized
and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of said City
of Arroyo Grande.
