RESOLUTION NO. 605
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING AND
LOCATING A CROSS WALK ON A ROADWAY IN THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE AND DIRECTING THE APPROPRIATE
MARKING THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande
that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 86, of the City of
Arroyo Grande, the space hereinafter specifically located and described
is hereby designated a cross walk.
Said space or zone is particularly described, designated and lo-
cated as follows:
Said cross walk to be 8' wide and to be the westerly extension
of the northerly sidewalk area of Poole Street extending across Bridge
Street and Traffic Way.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Director of Public Works be and is hereby
directed to cause the said space to be marked with appropriate markings
in accordance with the provisions of said Ordinance No. 86, of the City
of Arroyo Grande, and of Section 21458 of the Vehicle Code of the State
of California.
On motion of Councilman McNeil , seconded by Councilman Wood
, and on the following roll call vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilmen McMillen, Wood, McNeil, Jacobs and Mayor Burt
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 30th day of December ,1963.
