RESOLUTION NO. 602
A RESOLUTION- OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING AND
LOCATING A NO PARKING SPACE OR ZONE ON A ROADWAY
IN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AND DIRECTING THE
APPROPRIATE MARKING THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council o:Cthe City of Arroyo Gra~ldE
that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 86, of the City of
Arroyo Grande, the space hereinafter specifically located and described
is hereby designated a no parking space or zone,.
Said space or zone is particularly described, designated and lo-
cated as follows:
A no parking space beginning at a point on the southwesterly
curb line of Traffic Way; said point being located northwesterly
a distance of 45' along said curb line from the intersection of
said curb line with tIle northeasterly extension of the southeasterly
line of that property delineated on a Record of Survey Map filed for
record in Book 9 of licensed Surveyors Map at Page 120, records of
San Luis Obispo County, and extending northwesterly a distance of 27'.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Director of Public Works be and is hereby
directed to cause the said space or zone to be marked with appropriate
markings in accordance with the provisions of said Ordinance No. 86, of
the City of Arroyo Grande, and of Section 21458 of the Vehicle Code of
the State of California.
On motion of Councilman Jacobs , seconded by Councilman
Wood , and on the following ro~l call vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilman McMillen, Wood, McNeil, Jacobs and Mayor Burt
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 10th day of December , 1963.
