RESOLUTION NO. 589
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, AMENDING SECTION 3.1 OF RESOLUTION
NO. 419 PERTAINING TO SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Ordinance No. 101, of the City
of Arroyo Grande, it was provided that the City Council of the City
of Arroyo Grande was authorized by resolution to adopt rules and reg-
ulations for the subdivision of lands and the filing and regulations
were to be designated "Subdivision Standards of Rules and Regulations
of the City of Arroyo Grande ", and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande has here-
tofore adopted, on July 29, 1959, such rules and regulations, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Section 3.1 of said rules and
regulations in order to more adequately provide for adequate information
and proper planning in the matter so covered by Section 3.1, now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande, that Section 3.1 of Resolution No. 419 be amended as
follows:
Filing -
3.1 Four copies of the tentative map of the proposed subdivision
of any land into four or less lots shall be filed with the Subdivision
Corrunittee, which maps must be signed by the owner of the property and
accompanied by a filing fee of ten dollars ($10.00) . Payment to be
made in the office of the City Clerk.
On motion of Councilman Lee, seconded by Councilman Jacobs, and
by the following roll call vote, to-wi t:
AYES: Councilmen Lee, Wood, Jacobs and Mayor Burt
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman McNeil
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 9th day of July, 1963.
