RESOLUTION NO. 587
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE
OF A DEED OF TRUST RELATING TO CERTAIN IM-
PROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF
TRACT NO. 282 IN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande that
authorization be granted to accept a Trust Deed for recording ex-
ecuted by W.A. Filer and Marjorie Filer covering the following des-
cribed Real Property in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California:
Lot 15 in Division A of Pomeroy's re-subdivision of a
part of the Los Berros Tract, according to Map filed
for record September 26, 1903 in the office of the
County Recorder of San Luis Obispo County.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Arroyo
Grande be and she is hereby authorized and directed to record said
Trust Deed.
On motion of Councilman Jacobs, seconded by Councilman Lee and on
the following roll call vote to-wit:
AYES: Councilman Lee, Wood, McNeil, Jacobs and Mayor
Burt

ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 25th day of June, 1963.
