R 0577 RESOLUTIC)N NO. 577 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, DETERMINING THAT AN AGE LIMITATION FOR EMPLOYEES BE ADOPTED WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is for the best interest of the City of Arroyo Grande to adopt an age limitation for employees, and WHEREAS , Age 65 has been selected as a mandatory retirement age, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE that all employees of the City of Arroyo Grande shall be retired at Age 65. All present employees over age 65 shall be retired no later than June 30, 1963.
