RESOLUTION NO. 576
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
ES'mBLISHMENT OF THE SEPARATE PIANN-
ING ACCOUNTS
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande desires
to establish a separate planning account for the purpose of re-
ceiving and dispersing funds of money received from the Housing
and Home Finance Agency under authority of Public Law 560, dated
May 27, 1961; and the Joint Power Agreement dated September 22,
1961; and acceptance of the grant offer by Council Resolution
No. 499 under the date of september 12, 1961.
BE IT RESOLVED that a separate account be established with
Bank of America NT & SA Arroyo Grande Branch entitled "PIANNING
ACCOUNT" to be used in accordance with the provisions of this
Resolution.
On motion of Councilman Jacobs , seconded by Council-
man Lee , on the following roll call Qote, to-wit:

ABSENT: None
