RESOLUTION NO'. 568
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNOIL OF THE OITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE FILING OF AN APPL!QATION FOR FEDERAL
GRANT UNDER OHAPTER 660.
RESOLVED that the Oity of Arroyo Grande file an app-
lication for a Federal Grant in aid of construction of the
proposed Arroyo GrandeNGrovar Oit~ceano Sanitary District
Regional Sewage Disposal Project, under Ohapter 660 (33 use
466, et seq.), in behalf of the South San Luis Obispo County
Sanitation District, yet to be formed; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City
of Arroyo Grande, acting as its authorized representative,
file said application in the name of said Oity of Arroyo Grande
and the said South San Luis Obispo Oounty Sanitation District.
On motion of Councilman Wood, seconded by Oouncilman
Lee, and on the following roll call vote, to..wit:
AYES: Councilmen Lee, Wood, McNeil and Mayor Burt
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Jacobs
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 18th day of February,
1963.
