')zESOLUTION NO. 559

WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande did on the 28th day of
August , 1962, adopt a Resolution giving notice of
its intention to sell the real property herein referred to, and did
set the 11th day of September, 1962, as the time when a hearing would
be held in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, said hearing was held and no persons appeared to object,
the Council did then set the 16th day of September ,
1962 as the date when bids for said property would be received; and
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of September , 1962,
DON CHRISTIANSON made a bid of $ 200.00

for said property, said bid being the highest and best bid received
therefor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The public interest and convenience will be served if the
hereinafter described parcels of real property set forth in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto are sold and conveyed.
2. That DON CHRISTIANSON has bid $ 200.00
for the hereinafter described real property and that said bid is a
fair and equitable bid for said property and that said property
should be and the same is herewith sold to the said DON
CHRISTIANSON for the sum of $ 200 .00 .
3. That the Mayor of the City of Arroyo Grande is herewith
ordered and directed to execute a deed for said property to the said
DON CHRISTIANSON upon payment to the City Clerk of
the City of Arroyo Grande of the sum of $ 200.00 .
4. The parcels of real property herein referred to are described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.

Counci lman Jacobs , and on the following roll
call vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilmen Lee, Wood, Lee and Mayor Burt
NOES: None
