RESOLUTIOII NO. 552
RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PARALLEL PARKING ON CERTAIN PORTIONS OF
GRAND AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AS
FOLLOWS:
That hereafter all parking on the hereinafter described portions
of Grand Avenue shall be parallel to the curb, and angle parking shall
be and the same is herewith prohibited.
The area within which parallel parking is required is described
as foTTows:
Between Halcyon Road and the Westerly line of Lot 5 of the Folsom
Tract on the North side of Grand Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of
Arroyo Grande be and he is herewith ordered to provide and install
sufficient signs to indicate that said area is limited to parallel
parking.
On motion of Councilman McNeil, seconded by Councilman Jacobs, and
od the following roll call vote, to-wit:
AYES: BURT, McNEIL, LEE, JACOBS
NOES: Nmt
ABSENT: WOOD
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 18th day of September, 1962
