RESOLUTION NO. 555
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING
PROPOSED ZONING CHANGES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande:
That the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande intends to consider
the amendment of Ordinance No. 157 of the City of Arroyo Grande, which
said Ordinance is generally known and designated as the "ZONING ORD-
INANCE" of the City of Arroyo Grande.
It is proposed to amend said Ordinance by changing the classi-
fication of certain areas hereinafter described. All of the properties
designated in said Ordinance which it is proposed to change the
classification of are located in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, being more particularly de-
scribed as follows, to-wit: All that property included within the
area generally known and designated as "ARROYO GRANDE-FAIR OAKS
ANNEXATION" recently annexed to the City of Arroyo Grande.
It is proposed that the above-described property be rezoned
from "unzoned property" to various zones all of which are shown on
the map of the proposed rezoning on file in the office of the City
Clerk of the City of Arroyo Grande in the City Hall, Arroyo Grande,
California.
A hearing in connection with the proposed re-zoning will be held
in the Council Chambers of the City Council in the City Hall in the
City of Arroyo Grande on the 16th day of October, 1962 and the
30th day of October, 1962, each hearing to be at 8:00 o'clock P.M..
Any and all persons interested in the proposed amendment and re-
zoning may appear at the time of either or both of said hearings
and be heard thereon, at the times and places aforesaid.
On motion of Councilman Jacobs, seconded by Councilman Lee,
and on the following roll call vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilmen Burt, Lee, Wood, Jacobs, McNeil
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 25th day of September,
