RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH
THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE FOR SPECIAL CENSUS.

BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Cfty of Arroyo
Grande that the said City does herewith request the D.,.r~nt of
Finance of the State of California to conduct a specfal eensus
pursuant to Section 194.2 of the Street and Highways Code of the
state of California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Arroyo Gran"
enter into an agreement covering the work to be d6ne b;y said
Department of Finance in connection with the special request
for special census, and that the Mayor of the City of Arroyo
Grande and the City Clerk be and they are herewith awthorixed
and directed to execute said agreement on beha.Tf of the City of ,
