A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE, AUTHORIZING AND DIR.EX;TING THE CANCELLATION OF
GENERAL FUND WARRANT NO.995 DATED APRIL 10, 1962.
WHFREAS, General Fund Warrant No. 995 of the City of Arroyo Grande was
issued to Model Linen Supply Co. on the 10th day of April, 1962, for uniform
rental for March, 1962.
WHEREAS, said Warrant bas been lost, and
WHEREAS, said Warrant should be cancelled in order to prevent it being
illegally and improperly cashed.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRAND that the City Clerk of the City of Arroyo Grande be and she is herewith
authorized and directed to cancel said General Ftmd Warrant No. 995, dated
April 10, 1962.
On motion of Councilman Lee , seconded by COUD"; J ....n Wood
and on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilman Burt, Lee, Wood and McNeil
NOES: None
ABSENT : Councilman Jacobs
the foregoing resolution was adopted this 24th day of Julv . 1962.
