GRANDE, AUTHORIZING AND DIREX;TING THE CANCELLATION OF
WATER DEPOSIT FUND WARRANT NO. 6 DATED AUGUST 2nd, 1955
AND WATER DEPOSIT FUND WARRANT NO. 18 DATED IUNUARY )rd,
1956 AND GENmAL FUND WARRANT NO. 895 DATED MAY 10, 1960.
WHmEAS, Water Deposit Fund Warrant No.6 of the City of Arroyo Grande
vas issued to Paul M. Bales on the 2nd day of August, 1955 for refund on
balanoe of water deposit and Water Deposit Fund Warrant No. 18 of the City
of Arroyo Grande vas issued to L. D. McDaniels, on the 3rd day of January, 1956
for refund on balanoe of vater deposit, and General Fund Warrant .10. 895 of the
City of Arroyo Grande was issued to Coast Pole Company, Ino. on the 10th day of
May, 1960 for serVioes rendered, and
WHEREAS, said Warrants have never been presented for payment, and
WHEREAS, said Warrants should be oancelled in order to return the money
to the Water Deposit Fund and the General Fund respect:f'ul1.y.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE cm OF ARROYO
GRANDE that the City Clerk of the City of Arra:ro Grande be and she is herewith
authorized and directed to oancel said Water Deposit Fund Warrant No.6, dated
August 2, 1955 and )Jater Depoait Fund Warrant No. 18, dated January 3, 1956
and General Fund Warrant No. 895 dated. ~ 10, 1960.
On motion of Councilman Lee , seconded by Councilman MeNeil .
and on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilman Burt, Lee, Wood and McNeil
LID&S: None
ABSENT: Councilman Jacobs
