RESOLUTION NO. '544
RESOLUTION SETTING A HEARING ON A PROPOSED ZONING CHANGE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
^rrnyn Gr9nde ' that it intends to consider amendment of
Ordinance NO. IS? , being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Arroyo Grande .
It is proposed to amend said Ordinance by changing the
classification of certain areas hereinafter described. All of the
properties designated in said Ordinance which it is proposed to
change the classification of are located in the City of Arroyo
Grande , County of San Luis Obispo, State of California"
being more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL I.
It is proposed to rezone the above-described property from an "RA-B3"
property to ca-,"R-3" property
PARCEL 2.
It is proposed that 'the above-described property be
rezoned from "RA-B3" property to a "R-2" property __ .
A hearing in connection with the proposed rezoning of
said property will be held in the Council Chambers of the City
Council of the City of Arroyo Grande ,in the City Hall at
214 East Branch Street , in the City of Arroyo
Grande , on the 11th day of September ,196~, at the
hour of EI:l~ O'clock P.M.. and any and all persons interested
therein may appear and be heard in connection with the proposed
amendment of said Ordinance and the proposed rezoning.
Be it Further Resolved that the City Clerk and she is
herewith directed and ordered to give notice of said hearing as
required by law.
On motion of Counci lman Jacobs ,seconded by COlInci lman
Wood ,and on the following roll call vote,to-wit:
AYES: Mayor Burt, Councilmen Lee, Wood, and Jacobs
