RESOLUTION NO. 538
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE RELATIVE TO WATER
MAIN EXTENSIONS
Any requests for water main extensions outside of the City
Limits shall only be granted if the property to be served annexes
to the City and in addition thereto any applicant for such water
service shall pay such sum as the City Council may from time to
time fix by Resolution, but in no event shall such amount be less
than $50.00, and in addition such applicant shall pay the cost of
the main extension in accordance with the Citys Water Ordinance then
in effect.
On motion of Councilman Wood, seconded by Councilman McNeil,
and by the following roll call vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilmen Burt, Lee, Wood, McNeil
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Jacobs I
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 26th day of June, 1962.
