RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA,
DESIGNATING AN OFFICER OF SAID CITY AS
THE PERSON TO COLLECT CASH PAYMENTS OF
ASSESSMENTS LEVIED PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION
OF INTENTION, RESOLUTION NO. 517 OF SAID
CITY.
(Huasna Sewer Assessment District No.
70-61-1)
WHEREAS, this City Council has by the adoption
of its Resolution No. 527 , on April 17 , 1962,
confirmed an assessment in prooeedings taken pursuant to
Resolution of Intention, Resolution No. 517 of said City
Council, and pursuant to the Municipal Improvement Act of
1913, Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande, California, does HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That pursuant to Section 10603
of said Streets and Highways Code, Mrs. Margaret L. Wilson,
City Clerk of the City of Arroyo Grande, is hereby designated
as the officer to collect and receive cash payments of the
assessments.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 17th day of
