RESOLUTION NO. 525
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM DEED.
WHEREAS, a dispute has arisen between Albert A. Spierling and L.
Jean Spierling, husband and wife, as First Parties, and the City of
Arroyo Grande, as Second Party, with respect to the location of certain
boundary lines of property belonging to said parties; and
WHEREAS, in an effort to straighten out the boundary 1 i nes between
them, it is desirable that certain property be conveyed to the said
Albert A. Spierling and L. Jean Spierling.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a Quitclaim Deed from the City
of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, to Albert A. Spierling and
L. Jean Spierling, husband and wife, as Joint Tenants, a copy of which
is attached hereto be and the same is herewith ordered executed and the
Mayor is authorized to sign said Deed for and on behalf of the City of
Arroyo Grande.
On motion of Councilman Pence , seconded by Council-
man Jacobs and on the following roll call vote, to-wit:
AYES: Mayor Burt, Councilmen Pence and Jacobs
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmen Lee and Hartwig
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 27th day of March

hereby HEMISE, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUITCLAIM to ALBERT A. SPIERLING and
L. JEAN SPIERLING, husband and wife, as JOINT TENANTS,
the following described real property in the county of San Luis Obispo
state of California:
That portion of lot 29 of the resubdivision of the Rancho Corral de Piedri:
Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, in the City of Arroyo Grande, county of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, as surveyed by R. R. Harris, November,
1885, according to the map thereof recorded November 24, 1886, in Book A
page 63 of Maps in the office of the county recorder of said county, de-
scribed as follows:
Beginning at S.75 on the northwesterly line of lot 29; thence along the
northwesterly line of said lot 29 South 290 221 West, 140.08 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence continuing along said northwesterly line
of said lot 29 South 290 22' West, 161.18 feet to a point; thence along
the northeasterly line of the land conveyed to the City of Arroyo Grande
by deed recorded in book 211 page 263, Official Records, South 260 061
East 335.37 feet to a point on the westerly 1 i ne of land conveyed to the
Arroyo Grande Methodist Episcopal Church by deed recorded in book 87 page
42 of Deeds; thence North 80 49' West along the westerly line of the land
conveyed to said church, 446.92 feet to the true point of beginning.
