RESOLUTION NO. 513
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande that the Agreement for Public Works between the House and
Home Finance Agency of the United States Government and the City
of Arroyo Grande and the City of Grover City relative to the Sewer
Project P1anning Cost be and the same is herewith approved and
the Mayor of the City of Arroyo Grande is herewith authorized and
directed to execute said Agreement on behaTf of the City of Arroyo
Grande.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the costs for the services of
George NoTte Engineering be carried by said George Nolte Engineer-
ing Company with the understanding and agreement that the City of
Arroyo Grande and the City of Grover City and the Oceano Sanitary
District-will pay any additional interest costs on the amount of
the obligation for services rendered by said engineering company at
the rate of six (6%) per cent per annum, in the following ratios,
to-wit:
The Cities of Arroyo Grande and Grover City will pay Two Hun~
dred Twenty~five ($225.00) DoTlars each and the Oceano Sanitary
District will pay One Hundred Fifty ($150.00) Dollars.
Should the amount of interest to be paid by said Cities and by

said Sanitary District be less or greater than Six Hundred ($600.00)
Dollars, division between entities of the amount of interest shaTI

be in proportion to the figures above set forth.
