RESOLUTION NO. 509
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, CANCELLING ARROYO GRANDE CITY
TAXES.
WHEREAS, the hereinafter designated personal and real
properties have been for one reason or another erroneously
taxed for either the fi sca 1 tax year of 1960-61 or 1961-62
on the Arroyo Grande City Tax rolls,and
WHEREAS, the details, reasons and other necessary data
is hereinafter set forth, and
WHEREAS, the approval of the City Attorney to the cancell-
ation of the hereinafter designated taxes. has been secured.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arroyo Grande, that the hereinafter designated taxes
for either the 1960-61 tax year or the 1961-62 tax year be and
the same are herewith cancelled, together with all penalties,
interest and costs. Said action is based upon the provisions of
Section 4986.2 of the Government Code of the State of california.
The taxes so referred to are designated as follows:
