RESOWTION or THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE TO EXECUTE THE
JOINT POWER AGREEMENT FOR THE OVERALL
SEWER PLAN.
On motion of Councilman Jacobs, seconded by Councilman
Lee and by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Mayor Burt, Councilmen Lee, Pence and Jacobs.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Hartwig
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 12th day of
September, 1961.
