RESOLUTION NO. 496
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ABIIOYOvGIWmE,
lEVYING TAXES FOR THE CURlIENT FISCAL YEAR 1961-62 UPON ALL
TA.L\BLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, .AND FIXING
THE RATE OF SUCH TAX.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, t.lat
a tax for the fiscal year for said City, beginning the 1st day
of July, 1961, of One ($1.00) Dollar on each One Hundred Dollars
of assessed valuation shall be levied upon all taxable personal
and real property within said City. One dollar ($1.00) threof
shall be on account of the General Tax Fund.
All assessed valuation shall be computed on the basis of
assessments levied by the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, as equalized by the City Council
of the City of Arroyo Grande; sitting as a Board of Equalization.
BE IT FURTHER Rl'BOLVED, that the City Clerk'" and she is
hereyith directed to publish this Resolution, together Yith the
names of the Councilmen voting thereon, in the Herald-Recorder,
a neyspaper circulated. in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San I ,
Luis Obispo, State of California.
On motion of Councilman Lee and
seconded by Councilman Jacobs , and on the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Mayor Burt, Councilmen Lee, Pence,
Jacobs and Hartwig !
NOES: None
ABSENT None
