RESOLUTION RELATIVE TO OCCUPANCY OF THE HOUSE ON THE CITY'S
SEWAGE DISPOSAL FARM
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has a sewage disposal
farm upon which there is located a house; and
WHEREAS, the City requires some one of its employees to
occupy said house as a means of controlling trespassers; and
WHEREAS, MURL SLOAN is the City employee now designated
as the person whose occupancy of said house is required.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
1. That MURL SLOAN, an employee of the City of Arroyo Grande,
be and he is herewith directed to occupy the City house on the
City's sewage disposal farm as soon as it is vacated by its present
occupant.
2. Said Murl Sloan shalT be entitTed to remain on said premises
and to occupy said house only during such time as he is empTQyed,by
the City of ArroYQ Grande. Should his employment with said City be
terminated, for any reason whatsoever, his right to occupy said
house sha 11 immediately terminate, and he shall thereupon immed-
iately vacate said house and return it to the City in as good
condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted, as when he received it.
3. He shall do no maintenance on said house without the con-
sent of the City being first obtained. The City shalT not be ob-
ligated to do any maintenance to said premises of any kind.
4~ Fillts;-bastc;wage shall be reduced by the sum of $45.00 rrer
month, which sum is the amount of allowance credited on account of
tenancy of the house. Said M~rl SToan shalT sign a copy of this
resolution as indicating his agreement to the conditions herein-
above set forth.
