WHEREAS, General Fund Warrant *239 of the City of Arroyo
Grande was issued to Oceano Water Company on the 13th day of
September, 1960, for Water Service Charge for July 25, 1960 to
August 23, 1960, and
WHEREAS , said Warrant has been lost, a.
WHEREAS, said Warrant should be cancetled in order to
prevent it being illegally and Lmproperly cashed.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITYCOUJIfCIL OF
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE that the City Clerk of the City of
Arroyo Grande be and she is herewith authorized and directed
to cancel said General Fund Warrant *239, dated S\kpt-A1I\bAr 13,
1960.
