DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE. ABANDON.
AND CLOSE A PORTION OF 19t.h STREET AND
RAMONA AVENUE IN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE.
COUNTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO. STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS. t.here presently exist.s In t.he Clt.y of Arroyo
Grande. port.lons of 19t.h St.reet. and Ramona Avenue. herelnaft.er
more part.icularly described, which st.teet.s are generally what.
is known as "paper st.reet.s". not. having been opened t.o public
use; and

WHEREAS. a request. has been received by persons desi.ring
t.o subdivide propert.y upon which said st.reet.s are locat.ed and it.
appearing t.hat. no necessit.y exist.s for t.he cont.inuat.ion of t.he
exis\ence of said st.reet.s so far as t.he public is concerned;

will hold a hearing in connect.ion wit.h said Int.ent.ion t.o vacat.e.

Council Chambers in t.he Cit.y Hall, in t.he Cit.y of Arroyo Grande,

after described, at intervals not to exceed three hundred (300)
feet in distance apart and at least three (3) in number on each
of said streets, notices of the passage of said Resolution,
which said notices shall be entitled "Notice of Intention to
Vacate, Abandon and Close a Portion of 19th street and Ramona
Avenue In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California."

In addition thereto, the City Clerk is herewith ordered
and directed to cause a copy of said notice to be published at
least once in the Herald-Recorder, a weekly newspaper published
and circulated in the City of Arroyo Grande, which publication
shall be at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date of said
hearing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the portions of 19th Street and
Ramona Avenue which the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande

Notice is herewith given that the City CouncIl of the
CIty of Arroyo Grande Intends to close a portion of. 19th Street
and a portion of Ramona Avenue located in the City of Arr9Yo
Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, and partIcularly described
as follows, to-wit:
The portion of 19th Street intended to be so vacated, aban-

time those persons interested in or objecting to the proposed
