RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, LEVYING TAXES
FOR THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR 196O-6l UPON ALL TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AND FIXING THE RATE OF SUCH TAX.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Counoil of the City of Arroyo Grande, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, that a tax for the fiscal year for
said City, beginning the 1st. day of July, 1960, of One ($1.00) Dollar on each
One Hundred ~ollars of assessed valuation shall be levied upon all taxable
personal and real property within said City. OneJdollar :($l.W)thereof..1Ihall
be on account of the General Tax Fund.
All assessed valuation shall be computed on the basis of assessments levied
by the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
as equalized by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande, sitting as a
Board of Equalization.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLV!ill, that the City Clerk be and she is herewith directed
to publish this Resolution,together with the names of the Councild'n voting
thereon ,in the Herald-Recorder, a newspaper tr.-r!.nt>:,J, potoHshed and circulated 1n
the City of Arroyo Grande, County of san LUis Obispo, State of C8lifornia.
