RESOLUTION OF THE CITY' COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AIiIti1'O _...- ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING
- MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDrrt1RE OF
GAS TAX ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR CITY STREETS.
WHEREAS, a memorandum of agreement has been presented to be
entered into with the State of California in accordance with a
project statement submitted by the City of An_.... 1-q;1"~
for expenditure of the gas tax allocation to cit1es for the
fiscal year l"OdSl' and
WHEREAS, the city council has :leard read said aareement 1n
full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be 1t resolved by the c1t)' c.ouncil of the C1t)' of

it is hereby adopted as the budcet of proposed expenditures of
the gas tax allocation to c1t1.s, and sa14 aareement be and the
