RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
. CITY OF.~ ADOPTING AND APPROVING
THE MASTER EXPENDITURE OF ,FUNDS ALLOCATED
UNDER SECTION 2107.5 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE
WHEREAS, a master agreeme~t haa bee~ presented to be
entered into with the State of california for expenditure
of the engineering allocation in the City Of Ano,. .......
, and;
WHEREAS, the oity OOJ,IDCil has nC!A~a read said agreement
in full and is familiar with the oontents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Q:!.ty council of the
City of 'AftooJo ...... that said master
agreement be and it is hereby adopted to cover the budgeting

of proposed expen~1tures of thee~gineering allocation to
cities, and said agreement be and the same is hereby approved
and the mayor and the city clerk are directed tQ sign the
same on behalf ot said city, said agreement to be binding
upon the city upon ita execution by the authQrized officials
of the State.
