RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~
ADOPTING CITY ENGINEER'S "REPORT ON CITY STREE ,
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 62"
WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of California, has
requested the City of A~01:): W, to submit a report
to the Department of Publ c or , ivision of Highways, on
critical deficiencies on City streets in aocordance with Section
2156 of the Streets and Highways Code as amended and in accordance
with Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 62; and
WHEREAS, on the ~4 day of ~ ' 19~ there
was filed with this Ci Y Council a repor the Oi ty gineer
entitled "Report on City Street Deficiencies, Set19.te Concurrent
Resolution No. 62," consisting of itemized list of deficient
streets, cost estimates and map, all reported in acoordance with
said Section 21$6 of the Streets and Highways Code as amended by
the California State Legislature and with ssid Concurrent
Resolution No. 62; and
WHEREAS, this City Council has studied said repor~ in rull
and is familiar with the contents thereof, and desires:'to approve
same;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Counoil of the
City of MUWYO GRANDE that said "Report on City Street
Deficiencies" be and it is hereby adopted as the' offioial report
of the City of ..ARROYO GRANDE . ",

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk ~f the City of
A1!~O~O GRANDE be, an~he is hereby authorized and
direc e to forward copies of said report to the State of California,
Department of Public Works, Division of Highways as soon as possible.
