A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACfEPT AND
CONSENT TO RECORDATION OF DEEDS OR GRANT TO THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE.
WHEREAS, Section 27281 of the Government Code 'of California
as amended In 1957, permits the City Council, by general resolu-
tion, to ,authorize an agent to accept and con ent to the recor-
d~tion of deeds and grants conveying any inte est In or ease-
ment upon real property to the City of Arroyo Grande for public
purposes, by such agent executing the certifi ates as provided
therein, which certificate shall be attached o or printed on
the deed or grant; and
WHEREAS, It appears desirable to appoin the Mayor as such
agent and to authorize him to accept and con
ding.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci Counc i 1 of the
. City of Arroyo Grande, State of California:
1. That the Mayor of the City of Arroy Grande is
hereby designated as the agent to a cept on
behalf of said City and to consent o the re-
cordation of any deed or grant conv ying an
interest in or easement upon real p operty to
the City of Arroyo Grande.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby direc ed to record
this resolution.
