RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL m' THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE, LEVYING TAXES FOR THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR.
1959-60. UPON ALL TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE. AND FIXING TIlE RATE OF SUCH TAX
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of Califox'nia, that a ts: for the fiscal
year for said City. beginning the 1st day of July. 1959, of One ($1.00) I
Dollar on each One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars of assessed valuation shall
be levied upon all taxable personaJ. property and all real property within
said City. One (91.00) Dollar thereof shall be on account of the General
Tax Fund.
All assessed valuation shall be computed on the basis of assessments
leVied by the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California. as equalized by the City Council of the Cit;y of Arroyo Grande,
sitting as a Board of Equalization.
DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. that the City Clerk be and she is herewith
directed to publish the Resolution together with the names of the Council~
men voting thereon in the Herald-Recorder, a newspaper printed, published
and circulated in the City of Arroyo Grande, Oounty of San Luis Obispo.
