RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARRaro GRANDE ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING
MEMORANOOM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF
GAS TAX ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR CITY STREETS.
WHEREAS, a memorandum ot agreement has been presented to be
entered into with the State ot Calitornia in accordance with a
project statement submitted by the City ot Arroyo Grande
tor expenditure ot the gas tax allocation to cities tor the
tiscal year 1959-60' and
WHEREAS, the city council ~s heard read said agreement in
full and is tamiliar with the contents thereot;
THEREP'ORE, be it resolved by the city council ot the City ot
Arrayo Grande that said project statement be and
it is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of
the gas tax allocation to cities, and said agreement be and the
same is hereby approved and the mayor and the city clerk are
directed to sign the same on behalt of said City, said agreement
to be binding upon the City upon its execution b.r the authorized
officials of the State.
