I RESOLUTION NO. 399
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE, LEVYING TAX~ FOR THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR,
1958 -59, UPON ALL TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE, AND FIXING THE RATE OF SUCH 'fAX.
BE IT RESOLVED: by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, that a tax for the fiscal
year for said City, beginning the 1st day of July, 1958, of One ($1.00)
Dollar on each One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars of assessed val1UltionS1aJ.l
be levied upon all taxable personal property and
all real property within said City. One (&1.00) Dollar thereof shall
be on account of the General Tax Fund.
All assessed val1Ultion shall be computed on the basis of assessments

I levied by the City of Arroyo Brande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, as equalized by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande,
sitting as a Board of Equalization.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and she is herewith
directed to publish the Resolution together, with the names of the Councilmen
voting thereon in the Herald-Recorder, a newspaper printed, published and
circulated in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California.
On Motion of Councilman Jacobs and seconded by Councilman Hartwig,
and on the following roll call vote
AYES: Councilmen Lee, Pence, Jacobs, Hartwig and Burt
NOES: none
