WHEREAS, on the 15th day of July, 1958, the CIty Council of
the City of Arroyo Grande requested and received bids on account

of the construction of the "Arroyo Grande Fire Station Building;"
and .~
WHEREAS. at said time two bids were received, one fram C. C.
Sharps and the other from Robert E. Walker; and
WHEREAS J in the opinion of the City Council, the construction
of said Arroyo Grande Fire Station Building can be performed more
economically by day labor and through the use of materials or
suppihs turnished in the openmmarket. f
