RESOLUTION OF THE Crry COUNCIl:. OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDg
CONSENTING TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF ANNEXATION PROCEEDINGS
OF THE AREA KNOWN AS PISMO OAKS ESTATES BY THE CITY OF
PISMO BEACH.
On motion of Councilman Jacobs, seconded by counciJ..man Pence and
by the following roll call vote; to-wit;
AYES: Councilmen Burt, Lee, Pence, Jacobs and HartWig. -
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution Was adopted.

RESOLUTION NO. 398
WHEREAS, on the 15th day of July, 1958, the City Counoil of
the City of Arroyo Grande requested and received bids on account
of the construction of the "Arroyo Grande Fire Station Building;"
and -
TNHEREAS,at said time two bids were received, one from C.C.
Sharps and the other from Robert E. Walker; and
WHEREAS,in the opinion of the City Council, the oonstruction
of said Arroyo Grande Fire Station Building can be performed more
economically by day labor <lnd through the use of materials or
supplies furnished in the open market.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the City Council of the
City of Arroyo Grande does herewith determine that the Arroyo Grande
Fire Station Building may be constructed more economically by the
use of day labor and through the use of materials and supplies
furnished on the open market than through, the bids received on the
15 th day of July, 1958, for the construction of said building. That
