A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE RELATIVE TO THE APPOINTI'IENT OF A
MAYOR PROiJrEM
WHffiEAS, the city of ~rayo Grande has no person designated to act
in the place and stead of the regular Mayor when said Mayor is absent.
NOW THmEFORE BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with Section 36801
of the Government Code that J.O. Pence be and he is herewith appointed
Mayor Pro-Tem, to act in the plaoe of and :in stead of the regular duly
appointed Mayor in the event of his absence.
