RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE CHANGING THE TIME OF MEETINGS OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANuE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 113 of the City of Arroyo Grande,
enti tled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE FIXING AN!.)
DESIGNATING THE TIME AND PLACE OF MEETING OR MEETING OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AND REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH," has set the 1st and 3rd
Tuesdays of each month as the time when the regular meetings
of the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande shall be
held in the City Hall; and
WHEREAS, it appears desirable in the public interest to
change the time of holding said regular meetings from the 1st
and 3rd Tuesdays of each month to the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays
of each month; and
WHEREAS, Section 3 of Ordinance No. 113 above referred to
permits the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande to make
additional changes in the time and/or place of meeting by
Resolution.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arroyo Grande as follows:
The regular meetings of the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande shall henceforth be held on the 2nd and 4th
Tuesdays of each month commencing February ~4, 1958. The hour
of meeting shall be at 7:30 p.M. In the event the day design-
ated for any meeting shall be upon a legal holiday, such meet-
ing shall be held upon the next succeeding day which may not
be a holiday at the hour of 7:30 F.M., thereof.
