RESOLUTION NO. J'1fS
A RESOLUTION ABANDONING AND CLOSING A PORTION OF AN UN-
NAMED ALLEY IN THE WALNUT GROVE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, COUNTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, STATE OF
CALI FORNIA.
WHEREAS, on the ~gM- day of ~prl-" , 1957, the
City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande at a regular meeting passed
a Resolution of Intention to close a short portion of a certain un-
named alley located in the Walnut Grove Addition to the City of
Arroyo Grande; and
WHEREAS, in conformity with said Resolution, the City Clerk
of said City caused to be conspicuously posted along that portion
of the said alley at intervals of not to exceed 300 feet in

distance apart and at least 3 in number, notices of the passage
of said Resolution, which said notices were headed "NOTICE OF
INTENTION TO ABANDJN AND CLOSE A PORTION OF AN ALLEY IN THE WALNUT
GROVE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, COUNTY OF SAN LUIS ~
OBISPO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA;" and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk did in conformity of said resolution
cause a true copy of said notice to be published at least once in
the Herald-Recorder, a weekly newspaper published and circulated
in the City of Arroyo Grande, and designated by saidCouncl1; and
WHEREAS, no persons objected to the proposed vacating, aban-

donment and closing in writing or otherwise within the time provided
by law, or at all. (:-:-J
