RESOLUTION NO. 373 (')
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE EX.1WUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
THE STATE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
FOR THE ADMINISTRATION BY SAID BOARD OF THE ARROYO GRANDE
CITY SALF.'3 AND USE TAXES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande that the,
Mayor of the City of Arroyo Grande be, and he is herewith authorized and
-
directed to execute on behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande that certain agree-
ment entitled "AGREE!>IENT FOR STATE ADMINISTRATION OF LOCAL SALES AND USE TAXES"
under and by virtue of which the State Board of Equalization of the State of
California shall be authorized and direoted to administer the Sales and Use
Texes of the City of Arroyo Grande imposed under the provisions of Ordinance
No. 121 of the City of Arroyo Grande.
On motion of Councilman Pence and seconded by Councilman Jaoobs and on
the following roll call vote, to-wit:
AYF.'3: Councilmen Burt, Jaoobs, Brennan, Pence
NOES: None
ABSENT: Lee
the foregoing resolution was adopted this 13th day of August, 1957.
